Nick Kyrgios did qualify for the ATP Finals in 2022 in doubles with his partner Thanasi Kokkinakis. The “Special Ks” earned their spot after an incredible season, which included winning the Australian Open 2022 doubles title.
At the ATP Finals in Turin, Kyrgios and Kokkinakis competed in the doubles event but were eliminated in the group stage, finishing with a 1-2 record. They won one match against Ivan Dodig and Austin Krajicek but lost to the pairs of Mektic/Pavic and Hurkacz/Melo. Despite the early exit, their participation added a lot of excitement and energy to the event, as both players are known for their showmanship and chemistry on the court!
